The Kelly research group has its home within the University of Washington's School of Marine and Environmental Affairs. Through collaborations with researchers in a variety of units in the College of the Environment at UW and at Stanford University's Center for Ocean Solutions, we do quantitative and qualitative research at the boundaries of marine science, law, and policy.
